GONG
How it all works

What the strategy does,
and what stays with you.

The strategy follows fixed rules. Decisions about the account, the risk and the settings are yours.

01

How the strategy works

GONG is a trading strategy written in code for Nasdaq 100 futures. It runs on your TradingView chart and creates signals and alerts in TradingView.

It watches the first minutes of trading in New York and enters in the direction of the move only when its fixed conditions are met. Every trade has a stop set in advance.

The strategy does not guess and does not change its mind halfway. The same rules every day.

02

Trading hours

9:30 a.m.The New York open (Eastern Time)
A few minutes laterThe strategy decides whether to enter. One trade a day at most
2:00 p.m.Everything is closed (Eastern Time)

On days when the conditions are not met, there is no trade. Such days happen often, and that is part of the method.

03

What you control

In the settings panel on TradingView you choose:

  • Account type (Regular, PA or Evaluation account)
  • Activity level (how many trades a week)
  • Stop (tight, regular or wide)
  • Exit style
  • Trade size (the maximum loss per trade, which sets the number of contracts)

The core rules of the method are fixed. The settings are your decision alone, and we do not tailor them to your personal situation.

A stop does not guarantee the size of a loss: in a fast move, with slippage or a technical failure, the loss can be larger.

04

What you need to get started

  • TradingViewA TradingView account, where the strategy is installed.
  • A GONG subscriptionBought on our TradingView page. Access to the strategy opens in your account right after purchase.

Once installed, the strategy marks its trades on the chart, so you can see how it works before any decision.

Your TradingView plan itself is separate and is not included in the GONG subscription.
